DTDC Pickup Process

For Platform-Assigned DTDC (Flipkart/Nykaa)

The platform schedules pickup automatically. You just need to have packages ready.

For Direct DTDC Accounts

Book pickup via DTDC's seller portal or call your franchise:

Login to dtdc.com → Business → Book Pickup

Enter AWB range, package count, weight

Confirm pickup slot (typically 2–6 PM)
